Something Somewhere Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about solving business problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys asking questions, understanding how work gets done, documenting requirements, analyzing information, and helping teams find clearer and more practical ways to improve business processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as they are eager to learn, confident in asking the right questions, and committed to producing clear and organized work.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and understand business requirements from clients and internal teams
  • Ask probing questions to clarify needs, issues, goals, and process gaps
  • Document requirements, meeting notes, findings, and process flows clearly
  • Organize information into structured documents, reports, and action items
  • Help identify business problems, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with team members, project leads, and stakeholders
  • Support research, analysis, testing, and project documentation
  • Assist in translating business needs into practical recommendations
  • Help ensure that project details are complete, accurate, and properly tracked

Requirements

  • Passionate about solving business problems
  • Strong probing, questioning, listening, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage information clearly
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to document requirements, processes, and findings in a structured way
  • Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a consulting environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, IT, or related courses
  • Internship, academic project, or work experience in business analysis, research, documentation, process improvement, project coordination, and has an Odoo experience is a plus
  • Experience creating process flows, reports, presentations, or structured documentation is an advantage
  • Client-facing, leadership, organization, or project-based experience is a plus
