The need to automate manpower and staffing operations created the bridge between organization development and practical digital transformation. The SSC vision began to take shape.

SSC formally launched
Something Somewhere Consulting was formally registered and its Odoo partnership path was established, combining people, process, project delivery, and system implementation in one consulting practice.

Nep founded SSC from a background in psychology, human resource management, training and development, recruitment, business process improvement, and project delivery.
