About Something Somewhere Consulting

A practical transformation partner for businesses ready to work better.

SSC helps organizations unlock untapped potential by improving how people, processes, and systems work together.

We help leaders move from fragmented workflows to better visibility, stronger control, clearer governance, and more sustainable day-to-day execution.

Our belief

Transformation is not only technical. It is organizational.

The goal is not just a new system. It is a better way of working that teams can actually use, trust, and sustain.

Our belief

Every business already has untapped potential.

What often gets in the way is not effort. It is complexity, inconsistency, and fragmented ways of working that make growth harder than it needs to be.

Untapped value already exists

We begin by finding what is already working in the business and where better alignment can unlock more of it.

Standardize before you digitize

Technology should support a better process, not automate confusion. Clearer workflows come first.

Go-live is not the finish line

Adoption, reinforcement, visibility, and continuity are part of the transformation, not something that begins after it.

Why SSC exists

We exist because growing businesses need more than a new tool.

Something Somewhere Consulting began as a vision in September 2023, driven by founder Nepritariel Genilo's passion for solving business problems through practical, innovative, and transformative solutions.

As businesses grow, disconnected systems, duplicated work, inconsistent processes, and limited visibility begin to slow everything down. SSC was built to help leaders turn that complexity into a stronger operating model through process standardization, system enablement, guided adoption, and better continuity after go-live.

Our philosophy

It’s always better to start with Something than nothing; solutions can always be found Somewhere along the way.

Company history

A journey shaped by people, readiness, and real business needs.

What SSC does today did not begin with software alone. It grew from years of helping organizations understand capability gaps, readiness, workforce needs, and the systems required to support better execution.

2016

Training and development foundation

Our founder began a career in Training and Development with a strong orientation toward training needs analysis, competency gaps, and aligning people capability with real business needs. That early work shaped SSC’s belief that improvement starts by understanding where people, processes, and expectations do not yet fully meet.

2020

Recruitment and readiness perspective

Exposure to the recruitment industry deepened that lens. The challenge was no longer only finding qualified people, but also building buy-in, understanding readiness for deployment, and recognizing when further training and development were needed before people could fully step into the role.

2023

Recruitment automation and Odoo

In 2023, the need for Odoo implementation in recruitment automation for manpower and staffing agency operations became clear. That opened the path for the founder to begin helping companies not only with organization development concerns, but also with digital transformation solutions that could support more consistent, scalable, and connected ways of working.

2025

SSC formally launched

In 2025, the company was officially registered and the Odoo partnership path was established. What started as a people-and-process lens matured into a practical transformation model: helping businesses standardize workflows, enable the right systems, guide adoption, and build change that lasts beyond launch.

That complete journey is why SSC works at the intersection of people readinessprocess clarity, and system enablement— helping businesses build practical, human, and connected ways of working.

Why SSC is different

We do not just implement systems.

We help clients move from fragmented workflows to better ways of working, so the result is not only a working platform, but a stronger operating model.

Transformation partner

We help leaders make clearer decisions about how work should happen, not just what software to turn on.

Business enabler

We connect systems to business goals like visibility, accountability, continuity, and better control.

Process thinker

We look at how work flows across teams, then help standardize what should be consistent before enabling it digitally.

Change guide and practical operator

We help people adopt change in ways that are structured, human, and grounded in everyday operations.

How we work

A practical transformation lens

We begin by improving how work gets done, then enable that through systems, governance, and practical change support.

01

Discover

Understand current realities, bottlenecks, and where value is being lost.

02

Standardize

Define a more consistent and practical way of working across teams.

03

Enable

Configure systems and controls to support that improved process.

04

Adopt

Support leaders, key users, and teams so the change becomes usable in practice.

05

Sustain

Maintain continuity through governance, reinforcement, and post-go-live rhythm.

Credentials / partner status

Built for credibility, clarity, and practical delivery.

Registered and accountable

SSC is a registered company in the Philippines, built for real delivery relationships and long-term trust.

Something Somewhere Consulting

Founder background

Grounded in people, learning, and organizational readiness.

Our Founder and CEO is a Psychology major with a Master’s in Management, major in Human Resource Management. That foundation shaped a deep appreciation for how people think, learn, adapt, and perform inside real organizations.

Over time, that background expanded into work across training and development, talent acquisition, business process improvement, project delivery, and organization development. It also included delivering learning sessions such as Human Behavior in Organization and Human Element in Shipping Simulation, alongside resource management-related certifications and other learning engagements.

Founder spotlight

Built on people insight before systems enablement.

Nep leads SSC with a practical transformation lens shaped by experience in training and development, recruitment, business process improvement, project delivery, business development, teaching, and competence gap analysis.

That is why SSC’s work today stays deeply connected to both business and human realities: not only what system is needed, but what people need in order to adopt change well, perform with more confidence, and help the business move forward.
