Service Package (Scope of Work) → Validation Section

SSC Response: The SEO engagement focused on foundation, diagnostics, and execution-ready fixes based on the current state of the website. Technical SEO work completed includes metadata configuration, robots.txt fixes, sitemap readiness, product category restructuring, mobile diagnostics, and schema readiness review via Odoo.
Performance decline noted in the audit is attributable to image weight, JavaScript execution, and third-party scripts added over time, not to missing SEO configuration. This distinction is acknowledged in the external audit results themselves.

SSC Response: Blog content creation, keyword research, and on-page structure were completed and submitted for review. Drafts were intentionally held from publishing pending client approval and final SEO alignment. Delivery status should be evaluated based on submission and readiness for publishing, not live publication, which is approval-dependent.

SSC Response: The contracted scope for Social Media was Social Assisted, not full social media management. SSC’s responsibility was to provide content guidance, copy suggestions, keyword alignment, compliance checks, and posting recommendations. Direct posting and account execution required platform access and were retained by Squizzy Hub.
Evaluation of this line item should therefore be based on advisory and support outputs, not on direct posting volume.

SSC Response: SSC had access to the relevant advertising platforms during the engagement. However, execution of paid campaigns was intentionally demand-based and subject to explicit client request and approval to run ads. During the engagement period, Squizzy Hub did not request the launch or execution of paid advertising campaigns. SSC therefore maintained readiness, provided advisory support, and stood by to execute once campaigns were requested, in line with the agreed scope.

SSC Response: Squizzy Hub already had an active Odoo platform at project start. SSC’s scope covered standard configuration review, optimization, and readiness checks—not reimplementation, hence, also is subject for client request. Improvements included backend product organization, SEO field completion, analytics verification, and configuration of website and eCommerce elements.

SSC Response: Weekly reports, pulse reports, and SEO KPI updates were delivered consistently and shared via email and Messenger. Task-level transparency was maintained through Odoo Projects used by the SSC team. Reports were not embedded inside the client’s Odoo instance, which should not be interpreted as non-delivery.
