Assessment: RA triggers Odoo’s “Send Interview” to dispatch a tokenised Survey link.
Evaluation: Odoo Survey auto-scores and tags applicants as Passed or Hold.
Internal Interview: Odoo Appointments emails passed applicants a self-service booking link; the recruiter conducts the interview.
Final Interview: Recruiter schedules client-facing interview.
