By breaking down barriers in the home buying process, they aim to empower communities and change the course of wealth for future generations.
Starting with retail home buying, our client is now expanding their services to include rental income property buying options and an equipment rentals business.
We are representing our client in their search for motivated and detail-oriented Lead Verification Specialists to join their Real Estate Wholesaling team. In this role, you will be responsible for making initial contact with Seller or Buyer leads, determining their level of interest, and validating their potential as clients. You will use a structured interview process or script to gather information and escalate qualified leads to the Sales Manager/VP for further action.
Responsibilities

- Enter lead details into the CRM for tracking purposes.
Must Have
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow a structured interviewing process or script.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Personal computer or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent.
- Must have a stable internet with at least 20Mbps internet speed.
- Noise-cancelling headset.
- Must have a quiet workplace.
Must Have
- Our client needs to hire 2 Freelancers.
- This is an ad-hoc role with expected work hours of approximately 15-40 hours per week, depending on the need.
- Our client uses Discord as their text-based workplace for communication and collaboration, and Upwork as the means for time tracking.
